Responsibilities
 
Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Financial are looking to add an Account Transitions Representative to the team. This position will report to the Transitions Supervisor. The Account Transitions Representative will manage an assigned range of duties as assigned by the Transitions Supervisor. The Transitions Representative must be able to perform the following tasks, among others: 
  • Process Reserve Releases, Move to Exits, and Letters of Releases with accuracy and attention to detail while preventing potential loss situations. 
  • Display a sense of urgency and engagement, while maintaining flexibility and a positive/team player attitude. 
  • Take initiative in pursuing additional responsibilities and training to develop knowledge of internal operations and the industry. 
  • Provide quality internal service to other departments including Sales, Legal, and Accounting. 
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with other departments, and members of the team. 
  • Complete Incoming/Outgoing buyouts with other factors through aging verification, data entry and noting potential risk factors/red flags with complete accuracy. 
  • Coordinate account on-boarding by facilitating communication between sales representatives, sales coordinators, legal counsel, accounting specialists and outside companies in a professional manner. 
  • Uploading of the aging, calculate and manipulate reserves to generate the buyout calculations, generate clear concise update information via email to the sales reps & upper management with minimal errors. 
  • Work with Supervisor and Manager to review existing processes and procedures and strive to develop the most efficient processes with the best, lasting impact to the Transition group. 
Qualifications
 
Ideal candidates must possess an outgoing, dynamic personality along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.  Candidates must possess skills in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking, Follow-up and Multi-tasking. Additionally, preferred candidates will possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Transportation. 
  • Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills. Detail oriented and able to use critical thinking to determine to larger issue. 
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge and understanding of PC applications.  Data entry skills and experience. 
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and communicate results. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
