Responsibilities 
   
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within scope.  This role will report into the Project Management Office and will be expected to work with all Shamrock business units. The role coordinate with key project stakeholders and the technical teams to oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project, and prepare reports and summaries for upper management regarding status of project. 
  • Coordinate internal resources and business units for flawless execution of projects 
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation 
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques while making sure all parties’ expectations are aligned. 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 
  • Create and maintain project documentation 
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 
Qualifications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience 
  • 4-6 years of project management and related experience 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required 
  • Agile Experience preferred but not required 
  • Jira experience very beneficial 
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively 
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices 
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful 
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
