About the Role 
 
Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Marketing to join our dynamic and growing team. In this high-impact leadership role, you will create and oversee the execution of performance marketing strategies that increase our top-of-funnel efforts and transform how we engage prospects across channels.
 
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and leading teams across brand, digital and creative, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Technology teams to translate data-driven ideas into measurable business growth. What You’ll Do
  • Develop, execute and continuously optimize marketing strategy that supports business goals across brands 
  • Serve as a strategic marketing leader for the organization, working with VP of Marketing, cross-functional teams and company leadership to scope growth strategy  
  • Drive pipeline-building efforts across paid, owned and earned channels to generate qualified leads
  • Establish, monitor and refine KPIs and ROI metrics, translating complex data into clear insights and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Oversee and evolve product marketing strategy to support launches, feature adoption and cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the customer base
  • Utilize marketing analytics and digital tools to measure performance, uncover opportunities and make data-driven decisions 
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering both strategic vision and technical excellence in brand, digital and creative functions.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability
 
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar marketing role 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field 
  • Track record of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and ROI in a B2C environment 
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation and customer acquisition across paid, owned and earned channels 
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) 
  • Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners 
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders 
  • Experience leading a team of high-performing marketing professionals
