Responsibilities

The Sales Support Administrator must be able to perform the following tasks, among others:

  • Process prospective client applications by way of review of external documentation and internal notation into the Sales platform.
  • Draft and create prospective client agreements per specifications provided by the Business Development Manager.
  • Identify discrepancies between opportunity details, contract language and rate structures.
  • Manage, support, and own a subsection of the active Sales department.
  • Review current client statistics to facilitate in agreement modifications and complete any resulting agreement amendments.
  • Assist with peer reviews as needed.
  • Review, prioritize, and present prospective clients to Legal for underwriting, assist Legal in filing UCC documents, and correct and follow up on rejected tax documents.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in communication with outside parties as it relates to results from Due Diligence searches.
  • Track and report monthly deal count and notate internal/external agents into the Operations platform.
  • Assist in the Business Development Manager’s preparedness for prospective client presentation to upper management daily, provide awareness to any needed documents, and finalize approval process through the execution of agreements.
  • Manage communications through Sales fax line.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding, Underwriting, and Operations teams to ensure proper communication and flow of incoming accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Clear understanding of all processes related to RTS Financial operations: buyouts, account set up, deal implementation, RTS Credit, etc.
  • Basic sales experience and understanding of sales processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to communicate with prospective and existing customers
  • Ability to use and navigate within Factorsoft and CRM
  • Strong customer relationship skills; Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team player
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
