ServiceNow is seeking a Software/Testing Automation Developer, to join our rapidly growing team, building next generation ITOM (IT Operations Management) as a Service solution. The team is looking for passionate developers, who are in search of an exciting environment and innovative technology. As a Software Automation Developer, you will be a member of a strong team of developers working on some of the company’s core applications.
About The Team:
Sitting in the center of our development environment, the ITOM team is building a unique business-level service modeling, management, and mapping solution. Leveraging unique technology that automatically maps business services to the underlying infrastructure, the team software solutions allows IT to increase service availability, reduce costs, and improve operational performance and efficiency.
You will be joining a group of experts developing automation testing using Java, Python, Karma and Selenium.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Passion for software development, testing and problem-solving
- High energy and an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Good understanding of web technologies like HTML5, AJAX, XML, REST
- Solid written and verbal communication in English
- Dependable and responsible. Possesses ability to lead projects and co-workers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Junit, Karma, Selenium, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of cloud technology and distributed computing
- Experience with agile software development lifecycle
