The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled, multi-faceted Principal Product Manager to join our developer experience (DevX) team.

Your mission will be to improve the lives of our entire developer community by enabling better collaboration when building applications and ensuring development at scale on the Now Platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive vision, roadmap, strategy and requirements that meet the needs of our developer community
  • Define and lead the implementation of collaborative workflows for all our developer personas
  • Enable developer collaboration by improving the DevOps (CI/CD) features and integrations for building and deploying applications on the Now Platform
  • Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives
  • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers, designers and UX Research to deliver a quality product on time
  • Drive product management from planning to delivery and iteration

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management
  • Top notch written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 15% 

 

Bonus Points:

  • Deep understanding of DevOps or developer tools
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Passion for design thinking, product management best practices and working in Enterprise software
