What you get to do in this role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the Platform Development group working on latest web, integrations, and automation technologies. This group is responsible for the development and support of a set of scalable and highly available common services, and real-time event and processing engines. Platform component owners and application developers build on these core services to deliver the leading enterprise platform offering on the market today. In this role, you will utilize your experience to design and implement subsystems that are maintainable, scalable and highly testable with automation.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise software.
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience in performance tuning enterprise applications
- Experience managing high throughput and reliability of very large datasets a plus
- Familiarity with an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with industry standard IDEs and build tools for Java development
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug critical customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
