Our roles

Inbound Product Manager

  • Evaluate new product lines or emerging technologies including: conducting deep competitive analysis of proposed product ideas, evaluating emerging threats, opportunities, niche players and competitors, assessing sales and customer interest, and building business models.
  • Support product managers in managing existing products including evaluating product financial impact and business continuity, financial modeling, securing support from leadership, and preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Provide operational support, track product key performance indicators, identify product and customer issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and outline product roadmaps and lifecycle.
  • Influence the strategic direction for selected product lines.
  • Conceptualize new product solutions and evaluate business potential.
  • Manage your projects while constantly being challenged to generate smart solutions 

Outbound Product Manager

  • Drive vision, roadmap, strategy and requirements that meet the needs of our enterprise customers
  • Define the ideal developer experience (internal and external), understand what tools they need and create documentation
  • Work closely with our diverse internal stakeholders to deeply understand and address their needs
  • Be a voice of the customer and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
  • Be a visible product expert, sharing best practices both internally and with customers
  • Work closely with field enablement, sales and customers success to drive adoption

Product Strategy

  • Performing competitive research and identifying emerging market trends
  • Win/Loss analysis to determine ongoing sales dynamics
  • Analyzing business performance to look for patterns and trends in our business
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining analytically rigorous data
  • Creating visuals and infographics to tell the data
  • Contributing to buy-build-partner assessments for must-win markets
  • Developing SWOT analysis vs primary competitors
  • Building multi-year revenue plan with worst/best/most-likely scenarios 

Analytics & Business Operations

  • Conducting statistical analyses to develop sustainable pricing strategies
  • Executing projects involving analytics
  • Identifying data patterns and trends and developing predictive models
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining analytically rigorous data
  • Creating visuals and infographics to tell the data
  • Working with Cross-functional teams to build analysis and offer suggestions to pricing strategies and roadmap
  • Developing and executing SQL queries

 

Who you are

  • Current enrollment as a first-year MBA degree student majoring in Business or Data Analytics, Product Management, Computer Science or a related field, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship
  • 4-7 years of work experience within Product Development, Product Management, Business or Data Analytics, Consulting, Private Equity, Banking, or a related field.
  • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
