We are looking for a talented hands-on and experienced Technical Solution Architect for Managed Service Providers.   The ServiceNow portfolio provides the power of automation, transformation and innovation that power leading Managed Service Providers around the world.

This position reports to the Sr. Director MSP Product Strategy and will work closely with inbound product management across all of our application and platform teams, product marketing, solution consultants, professional services and partner teams to evangelize the overall MSP value proposition and best practices as well as provide insights into future directions of our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a MSP facing resource to drive and present at Executive Briefing Centers (EBC), Product Advisory Councils (PAC) and other product related forums. You will Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, and workshops. Additionally, you’ll be responsible to understand the MSP market in major geos around the world and identify opportunities and challenges that will influence our overall strategy.  A well-honed product message, ability to demonstrate the product and a strong advocate internally for our MSPs is needed to be successful in this role.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc. focused on Managed Services Providers
  • Evangelize ServiceNow platform and applications throughout the MSP community via in-person events, webinars, blogs, community forums, and social media
  • Partner with ServiceNow’s business units to influence the product roadmap, new technologies, capabilities, and tools
  • Develop prototypes and demos to highlight our extensive capabilities and rapid time-to-market for new MSP offerings
  • Lead architectural and design discussions with strategic MSP partners to ensure technical success

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow MSP ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the value of MSPs and their business models
  • 5+ years of working as an outbound product manager, MSP architect, or MSP offering development
  • Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
  • Solid understanding of the competitive space
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to relate to various level of stakeholders.
  • Very comfortable presenting and discussing complex technical concepts internally or with customers or partners
  • Very comfortable working with enablement, marketing and customer and partner facing teams.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and connect with HQ resources regularly
