The Solution Consultant (SC) Academy program offers talented individuals a direct path into what may be the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding position in technology sales. An SC works with customers and sales to create technological solutions to critical business needs. To be successful, a Solution Consultant must understand the customer, the technology, and the sales cycle. A great SC will be seen as a trusted advisor by customers and by ServiceNow sales teams.
The SC Academy provides the tools and education to be a successful ServiceNow Solution Consultant. This role includes ServiceNow product and technology training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technology (IT). The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship from the best professionals in our organization, and a team atmosphere where we rely on each other to learn, grow, and achieve. Upon successful completion, you will have the tools needed to move forward into a successful ServiceNow career.
This program is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential individuals with the purpose of creating a pool of talent for Solution Consulting (presales) leaders across the organization. The SC Academy will provide the opportunity for the best and brightest talent to collaborate with Solution Consulting leaders at ServiceNow and offer intensive on the job training and broad-based exposure to all aspects of Company operations. The participants in the SC Academy will receive accelerated professional development, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunity across the organization. This transformative learning experience will enable our Solution Consulting employees to explore alternative career paths while promoting cross-functional experiences, which will ultimately increase productivity and career growth opportunities in the future.

What are we looking for?
Qualified candidates are either recently graduated and, are early in their career. Candidates with degrees in business, technology, marketing and, communications preferred. Candidates with prior relevant internships or professional experience are strongly preferred.
