In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who is:

  • Polyglot Programmer: Strong knowledge of one language at least and ability to switch languages as required
  • Ability to reduce problem statements to software requirements: Possess strong Computer Science fundamentals’ knowledge and be capable of applying it in practice
  • Understand distributed systems: experience with problems at scale is preferred
  • Understands code management: a strong sense of organizing code is preferred, being hands-on with collaboration tools and code management tools is a plus
  • Experience of application development on enterprise platform – is a plus
  • Clear understanding of AI/ML – is a plus
