Job Title: Content and Presentation Specialist - Now on Now

ServiceNow is changing the way people work. The ServiceNow cloud‑based platform lets customers automate their business workflows so people can spend their time on work that’s meaningful, not menial.

Now on Now is how we are using ServiceNow solutions internally to digitally transform our business and delivery great experiences for our employees and customers.  We are looking for a content specialist to help tell our story. The ideal candidate must be an artful writer and skilled visual storyteller who can translate complicated messages into clear, compelling language. They must have a strong track record in producing high-quality communications and presentations for senior executives and directors. Examples of your writing and presentation designs should be included in portfolio samples.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Design world-class presentations for Keynotes, Webinars, Conferences, and Executive Briefings
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow practitioners to drive development of new IT success stories.
  • Actively engage in social media to promote our content internally and externally.
  • Gain knowledge of our ServiceNow products and our internal adoption of those products.
  • Stay current with upcoming releases, changes in marketing campaigns, and alignment to brand.
  • Manage creation, organization, and maintenance of Now on Now content including presentations, case studies, video scripts, webpages, etc.,
  • Support IT executives with ad-hoc requests for new content

 

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who:

  • Has exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Is a proven storyteller with the ability to combine technology, business goals, and data into powerful narratives.
  • Is an expert with PowerPoint who enjoys visual design and conceptualization of stories
  • Has experience storytelling in the IT software and digital business space
  • Is an independent self-starter and quick learner with versatile skillsets.
  • Has the ability to adjust to changing scope and schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shows the ability to work cross-functionally across business, engineering, marketing, and IT
  • Is comfortable editing, participating in peer reviews, and ensuring editorial standards are met.
  • Is comfortable coaching and training others with their presentation skills
  • Has working knowledge of social media tools (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
