Job Title: Global Account Manager – Healthcare
Location: Vienna, VA

Builds and manages relationships within Healthcare clients, has the full quota of the Healthcare team but no quota attached to their name

  • Provides strategic leadership to clients
  • Aligns relationships between ServiceNow executives and our customers
  • Set high level meetings
    • Acts as the key relationship between customers and ServiceNow
    • Collaborate with greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop and deliver a ServiceNow solution
    • Manages all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and our clients
    • Orchestrates development of all Healthcare accounts, including development & management of the resources on east and west coast Healthcare
    • Builds trust & deep multi-tiered relationships through our customers, from project/IT teams to CxO level
    • Manages expectations and builds capabilities within clients and with ServiceNow to ensure the customer experience is consistently World Class
    • Keeps renewals on track
    • Understands client business needs, and continually aligns engagement to new and existing business needs where ServiceNow can positively impact client satisfaction
    • Develops win-win propositions for ServiceNow and our customers to achieve growth targets by knowing long strategic RFP’s that will be hitting the street
    • Meets with Sales Directors Weekly
    • Ensures appropriate technical alignment (pre and post sales) to enable customers
    • Partners with Professional Services and Support to ensure appropriate engagements are managed appropriately, from design, implementation to support
    • Plans strategic sales meetings with the full team
    • Coaches all members of the team for one common goal in Healthcare vertical
    • Establish MBO goals that need to be review and achieved monthly

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level within Enterprise Software
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT
  • Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen
