 After an internship at ServiceNow, you’ll have experience with:

 

  • Delivering software as a service (SaaS) based products to customers in real time
  • Operating a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting Java and JavaScript web applications
  • Experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
  • Development of tools and processes (monitoring, automation, data manipulation, diagnostics etc.) that enable successful automated validations and monitoring of applications and systems
  • Verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
  • Working on different technologies (ServiceNow Platform, Linux OS, MySQL, Cisco, Juniper, ESX) and scripting languages (bash, perl, python, javascript)
  • Working in a team with highly talented system engineers, database administrators and software developers focused on operating a state of the art Cloud Infrastructure
  • Managing incidents and communication to various customers & stakeholders
  • Grow, network, and experience the culture and people at ServiceNow

What you should know before you get here: 

  • Passion for technology and problem solving
  • Understanding of Web Applications, Relational Databases, Operating Systems (Linux Administration), Internetworking.
  • Experience with programming languages
