In the talent acquisition team, our purpose is to “Define, design and operationalize world class recruiting to accelerate ServiceNow”  

One of the missions we are embarking on is the build-out of our first ever EMEA Talent Sourcing team. The purpose of the team is simple: create momentum in our repeat hiring domains of Sales, Presales, Software & Software Engineering and Professional Services to enable us to attain our talent growth targets across the region and the globe. 

We are hiring multiple EMEA TalentSourcers to be based in either our UK Staines-Upon-Thames office, Netherlands: Amsterdam office. These particular roles will focus on our Sales and Presales talent generation and will report into the Sr Manager Talent Sourcing EMEA. 

Key outcomes you will be achieving in this role 

  • Delivering a diverse talent pipeline to enable hiring managers to achieve quarterly and annual growth hiring targets.

And here’s how you’ll achieve it 

  • Partnering with your recruiter to create and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent for ServiceNow.
  • Creating and deploying innovative techniques to identify and engage talent.
  • Submitting and presenting candidates to your recruiting partner aligned with quantitative (#per week) and qualitative (∞who convert to interview) metrics.
  • Building up an inventory of ServiceNow information to weave into your “pitch” you will heavily leverage your storytelling to engage and attract talent across the industry and the world.
  • Being accountable for the entire journey from lead generation, approach, engagement and presentation to aligned recruiting partners.
  • Being accountable for documenting all candidate progress through the respective stages to ensure we can repeat and scale the process again and again. 
  • Contribute to our build out of the function with data driven feedback during our build-out phase.  We want to hear your voice in our first ever build. 

To be successful in this role you’ll need: 

  • Sales, technical or professional services talent sourcing experience gained in a recruiting firm, RPO or on-site. 
  • A growth mindset: a drive to make things better, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people’s views.
  • You’ll know you do your best work as part of a team with a mission and vision.
  • You’ll love getting results.
  • You’ll love storytelling.
  • Ability to leverage multiple recruiting channels to drive results: email, linkedin, phone, lusha, pigeon, calling card, snail, taxi or in person
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities (Growth mindset!) 
  • An eye for talent and strong intuition for qualifying and engaging candidates for technical / business roles 
  • Fluency in  +1 other European language would be great however as we are recruiting for multiple roles, not essential! German or French highly desirable
