We are expanding our business into Latin America across the sales and marketing organizations.  As part of our expansion we are currently seeking a Team Leader or Senior ADR who will be both a player and coach and who will focus on the following:  1) provide lead generation, business development and qualification activities for the field sales organization by setting qualified meetings with prospective new logo customers and 2) act as a coach and supervisor to other ADR(s) in the office.  This is a phone-based role calling into companies located in Brazil.  You will be working to accomplish goals via a combination of prospecting/cold calling, following up on marketing events and leads and using email and social selling. The field sales team is in Sao Paulo, Brazil and you will be working hand in hand with the sales executives and sales leaders to help identify opportunities and build the pipeline.  The candidate will report directly into Americas GDC Leadership in Waltham, MA and dotted line to LATAM Marketing in Miami, FL.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts and companies across Brazil
  • Meet/exceed daily/weekly phone, email, social selling and meetings objectives
  • Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives
  • Coach other ADRs by establishing goals, listening to calls, supervising daily activities, perform ongoing coaching to improve phone techniques and conversion rates
  • Ability to understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points
  • Able to identify new opportunities and pass to the Field Account Executives
  • Align with Field Account Executives to effectively create territory plans and execute as a team
  • Utilize and leverage marketing leads effectively to drive demand and create meetings
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press
  • Work closely with Latin America Marketing and GDC management in the US to enhance and improve results
  • Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required within LATAM and the United States.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Experience with a minimum of 2+ years prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
  • Some Team Leader, Coaching or management experience
  • General understanding of Information Technology and SaaS/Cloud offerings
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills – English fluency is a plus and/or preferred
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • Confident and able to differentiate yourself
  • Ambitious, hardworking, organized and a self-starter
  • Professional with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Ability to create and nurture relationships with sales executives and leadership who are located in Latin America
