HR Compliance Specialist

Location: San Diego

This position reports to: Manager, Global HR Compliance

What you get to do in this role:

The HR Compliance Representative will support ServiceNow’s compliance activities with respect to HR policies, procedures, plans/programs and processes for compliance with internal controls and regulations, laws and organizational goals. The HR Compliance Representative will have an effective level of business literacy about ServiceNow’s HR operations, ServiceNow’s financial position, plans, culture and competition.



In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Experience in Employee and/or Labor relations with knowledge of California Labor Law.

Previous experience supporting / updating HR policies and processes.

Excellent client support and business literacy skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to manage/work with remote teams with units in multiple locations.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Knowledge of employment / labor laws

Minimum of 2 years of progressive business experience with direct HR compliance experience preferable
