About the role
ServiceNow is looking for an experienced marketeer that will drive our growth in one or few dedicated enterprise verticals. This role will be dedicated to a small number (ca. 20-30) of enterprise key accounts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and will be end-to-end responsible for account-based marketing campaigns for these accounts.  These will be both very specific 1:1 ABM campaigns for the largest accounts, and scaling 1:few ABM campaigns for specific account clusters in these verticals.

This role will be working close with the sales team, being a direct business partner to the sales director of the respective enterprise vertical.  You will be supported by our ABM center of excellence on EMEA and Corporate level, providing you a broad range of ABM tools and tactics. You will be working both on a strategic level, defining the best short- and long-term marketing plan to grow the accounts, and on a tactical level, driving the execution of your campaigns.  You will be working as a deeply integrated marketing and sales function, combining the close relationships to a small set of customers with the full set of modern marketing tools and approaches.   

This is a senior marketing role that requires relevant experiences in sales or marketing roles in the B2B industry. You should bring experience in one or more enterprise verticals in Germany. A consulting background is highly supportive.

In order to be successful in this role we expect you to bring the following foundational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication written and verbal in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) language, strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong project management skills, proven success in driving a broad portfolio of different campaigns/projects
  • Strong skills in modern marketing tools and best practices, especially digital ABM
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, relevant experience in working in a fast-moving, highly innovative global organization
  • High tolerance to ambiguity and fast change
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Balanced personality with both strong entrepreneurial drive and experience to orchestrate and leverage the power of a complex global organization
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree recommended
