Location: Santa Clara, CA

This position reports to:Senior Director, Global Services Operations

What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Be the link between the Services organization and IT Business Intelligence to ensure Tableau dashboards are created per the organization’s needs and requirements, and ultimately drive operational rigor and manage performance
  • Be the OpenAir reporting expert, responsible to create and maintain OpenAir reports for Delivery Managers, Practice Leaders, Engagement Managers and Consultants
  • Key member of team that successfully executes Services data analytics roadmap and OpenAir reporting module roadmap
  • Successfully lead projects from vision through execution
  • Work closely with other members of the Services Finance and Operations teams, as well as key delivery leaders and consultants to understand, define and document business requirements, then translate those requirements to IT Tableau and Hanna developers
  • Manage UAT functions
  • Prepare quarterly KPI reporting by role and other periodic reports as necessary
  • Drive automation of weekly and monthly business review data analytics
  • Proactively investigate potential problems or technical issues, recommend thoughtful solutions
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate issues to IT Tableau developers, partner to problem solve, develop test scenarios, and test to validate solution

 

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum 7 years combined experience in either business operations or financial analytics
  • Minimum of at least 3 years as a financial analyst
  • Minimum Intermediate Tableau experience
  • ServiceNow platform experience is a plus
  • OpenAir reporting module experience or PSA experience
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Experience with Professional Services operating model
  • Ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and across organizational levels to include co-workers, managers, and internal customers
  • Ability to influence business and drive a project to on-time completion
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and very strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve and present complex problems in an understandable way to stakeholders and business leaders
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively to different audiences
  • Ability to work independently or work with a team, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong analysis skills.
