Title: Global Account Manager – U.S. Intelligence Community
Location: Vienna, VA

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Builds and manages relationships within U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) clients, has the full quota of the IC team but no quota attached to their name
  • Deliver executive level presentations tailored for Intelligence Community (IC) Senior Leadership
  • Provide thought leadership to Intelligence Community Clients helping them develop a vision for how ServiceNow can help drive their digital transformation
  • Foster collaboration amongst Intelligence Community members to help expand their usage of ServiceNow in support of the communities’ mission
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Senior Leadership across the Intelligence Community helping Account Team penetrate higher levels of the organizations
  • Collaborate with Account Team and Product Line Teams to develop and deliver unique Intelligence Community solutions
  • Guide account penetration strategies for the “Big-5” and Military Intelligence agencies helping to increase market share and customer value
  • Manage relationships between ServiceNow Executives and Intelligence Community customers
  • Help identify, track, and develop new programs and capture efforts working collaboratively with core strategic Partners
  • Maintain a pulse on the needs of the Intelligence Community and continually align engagement and product strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Team developing win-win solutions and proposals to help ServiceNow exceed growth targets
  • Engage with Product Lines to provide unique requirements of the Intelligence Community to expand market share, account value and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure appropriate technical alignment (pre and post sales) to enable Intelligence Community customers
  • Partner with Professional Services and Support Teams to ensure sales engagements are managed appropriately from design through implementation and support
  • Plan regular strategic sales meetings with the Sales Director and Account Team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Hold an active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level within Enterprise Software
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT
  • Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen
