Role Description:
Support HR with the administrative task and assist employees when needed.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Post the vacancies on websites
- Contracts (3 months and permanent)
- Attendance (internal track)
- Pay slips, documents of health insurance, employees file
- Bank Letters
- On-Boarding System
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Last semesters of University with Psychology / Administration degree.
- English
Beneficial IT Skills:
- Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)
