Summary of the job: 
Sermo provides an outlet for our clients to connect 1:1 with qualified physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders on demand. 
 
As a Project Manager in our Qualitative space, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector. This role is client facing, and candidates are expected to be proficient in written and verbal professional communication with senior leadership and clients. 
 
Basic Qualifications: 
  • 1-3 years of experience in Qualitative market research or related field

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma or medicine is strongly preferred

  • Experience in a client or customer facing role is strongly preferred

  • Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred 

  • Ablity to work cross functionally with other Sermo teams to achieve our clients research goals

  
Responsibilities: 
  • Own successful project outcomes by working directly with clients to achieve their qualitative research outcomes

  • Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs.

  • Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team. 

  • Manage client project escalations and overall project communication.

  • Ensure performance is aligned to internal and external project and people management SOP expectations

  • Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members

  • Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with more junior managers and associates

  • Liaise with Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations to communicate, train and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities depending on client requirements.
