1-3 years of experience in Qualitative market research or related field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field
Experience in healthcare, pharma or medicine is strongly preferred
Experience in a client or customer facing role is strongly preferred
Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred
Ablity to work cross functionally with other Sermo teams to achieve our clients research goals
Own successful project outcomes by working directly with clients to achieve their qualitative research outcomes
Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs.
Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team.
Manage client project escalations and overall project communication.
Ensure performance is aligned to internal and external project and people management SOP expectations
Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members
Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with more junior managers and associates
Liaise with Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations to communicate, train and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities depending on client requirements.
