Entry Level – French Recruiter (up to 25,000 EUR)
Key Deliverables of the Role: |
· Working with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability. · Engage online desk-research methods and utilize recruitment tools to identify/engage contacts for research engagement. · Speaking with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to double check their qualification. · Engaging physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated. · Updating client schedules, sending calendar invites. · Keeping interviewees organized with written and phone reminders. · Onboarding interviewees into a platform, communication with moderators or promoting continued engagement. * Qualified recruiter responsibilities |
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required: |
· Native French, Fluent English (written and spoken), another European Language a plus · Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country. · An inquisitive mind and ability to problem-solve |
Beneficial IT Skills: |
· Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook) · Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies · Ability to effectively use search engines (Google, LinkedIn, etc..) to identify candidates for targeted studies |
