Renewal Sales Representative
What you will you do?
- Use Salesforce.com to accurately manage your leads, activities & renewals pipeline.
- Execute the renewals process by pro-actively contacting customers prior to expiration.
- Maximize revenue by uncovering and executing opportunities to upsell
- Provide a best in class customer experience for both customers and partners.
- Maintain an accurate forecast.
- Escalate customer issues to support, customer success or engineering for a speedy and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
Who we are looking for?
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of success and over-achievement of quota in past positions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Genuine desire to provide the best customer experience possible
- English language proficiency + another language skill would be ideal (German, French, Dutch, Arabic, Hebrew)
