Who we are looking for:

Are you an experienced software Product Manager looking for a new challenge? If you are a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver innovative security products, we have the perfect job for you!
We are seeking a strong software Product Manager, focused on the Cloud Application identity security features (features that relate to the identity, access and entitlement of popular cloud applications) within our products. You will work with our team in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping to craft the vision, along with Product leadership, around how our products deliver identity security features for popular 3rd party cloud applications as the integrate into the hybrid identity enterprise. You will also work closely with the R&D team in order to develop new features according to the product vision and customer needs.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet with existing customers and industry experts to refine and discover cloud application security-related features to be developed.
  • Design, plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, related to cloud application identity security capabilities within the Semperis products.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project, create requirements and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Previous working experience as a Product Manager in the area of security-related software products for at least 3 years.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (and Salesforce security), Amazon AWS, WorkDay, and other popular cloud applications, from an identity security perspective, especially with respect to access, entitlements, federation with other IDPs (e.g. Azure AD and AD).
  • Experience in areas of identity governance (access entitlement, separation of duties, etc.) as it relates to cloud applications, is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft identity platforms (e.g. Active Directory and Azure AD) a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
