The Role

The Systems Integrator (SI) Alliance Director role is focused on developing a trusted advisor relationship with alliance partners at the global scale. This requires both strategic and tactical skills to grow and foster these partnerships. You will expand the current System Integrator relationships and create your own plans to develop, enable, and align these partnerships. The Alliance Director will be accountable for growing a pipeline of sourced opportunity with strategic Global SI’s.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Global Channels & Alliances.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the business relationship with designated strategic SI partner(s) and develop a joint strategy that has a long-term focus.
  • Develop a mutual partner business plan and success metrics that are aligned to Semperis and the partner’s business.
  • Track/Measure partnership KPIs and measure the ROI of program execution.
  • Own business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner sourced revenue
  • Develop partner plays in the region, collaborating with Semperis and partner’s marketing teams
  • Be the subject matter expert on solutions delivered through the partnership
  • Foster relationships with key sales stakeholders and executives at partner organizations
  • Ensure partners are trained and certified on Semperis solutions
  • Evangelize the SI partnerships internally, including joint value proposition selling, amongst the global sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration.
  • Be able to work cross functionally with Executive Leadership, Sales, Support, Services, and Product teams.

 Qualifications:

  • 10+ year of experience in Business Development driving Go-to-Market relationships with the major SI’s (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, EY, etc.)
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education is required, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Possess requisite technical and business acumen with broad industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated success in leading global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated strength in public speaking
  • Highly skilled at developing executive-level relationships.
