What we are looking for: 

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director, Northern Europe to join our team.  

What you will be doing: 

The Sales Director will play a fundamental role in accelerating and scaling the Northern Europer/ Nordics territory based on attaining and exceeding revenue goals. The role will report to the VP Sales, EMEA. 

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements 
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails 
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process 
  • Develop and cultivate relationships at all levels of an organization 
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members and channel partners to develop strategic sales approaches 
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects and customers 
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions 
  • Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to potential clients 
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events 
  • Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum of 10+ years proven enterprise software sales experience 
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, achieve sales quotas and build a territory. 
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools 
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • “Customer comes first” attitude 
  • Knowledge of identity management systems such as Microsoft Active Directory- a big advantage
