Sales Manager to the Israeli Market

The Role

Semperis is looking for a high-performing self-starter Sales Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the Israeli market, by keeping our company competitive and innovative.


  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing assigned accounts in Israel
  • Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through closure.
  • Convert SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities
  • Continuously build a new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Israeli market while conducting prospecting efforts to generate leads through calls and emails
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, services, and pricing models


  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in hands-on cybersecurity sales to the Israeli market.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
