Who we are looking for:
As a Tier 3 Escalation Team Leader you will be the direct manager of a team of Tier 3 Escalation Engineers, the team will investigate and fix production issues coming from real customers.

This position requires people management skills as well as technical skills as you will lead people and need working in collaboration with the Customer Success organization.

 Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience with .NET/C#
  • At least 2 years of proven experience leading a development team
  • C/C++ background
  • Experience in developing products in enterprise identity/security domains

Strong plus:

  • Extensive background in Windows internals and advanced concurrency controls, operating system objects, etc.
  • Ability to perform debugging and crash dump analysis using WinDbg
  • Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary
  • Active Directory/Azure Active Directory knowledge
  • Context switch skills
  • Working under pressure
