We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team!


Who Do We Seek?

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing EMEA Marketing Team. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing our busy events calendar within Europe. This will include event planning and logistics for a mixture of virtual and in-person events. You will also work closely with the Field Marketing Manager in North America on global initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail orientated, and able to work well individually as well as part of a wider team. The qualified candidate will have experience working in a technology start-up, experience in Cyber Security is a bonus, and enjoys the pace of a start-up.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the EMEA Marketing Director to deliver field marketing events as part of the wider EMEA Marketing plan.
  • Research, select and manage key local events in key regions in Europe.
  • Work with the EMEA sales team to assess potential events.
  • Work closely with marketing peers in North America to build required event materials.
  • Manage all event logistics, from pre to post-event.
  • Handle any required translations for events, including messaging and collateral.
  • Ensure leads from the event are visible in the CRM, and sales are accountable for following up with the leads.
  • Forecast, measure and analyze reports on the impact of field events to learn, improve and justify the investment.
  • Developing the overall event plan including key milestones and keeping all project management tools up to date with event progress.
  • Provide regular communication to the marketing team, and senior leadership, on the results from field marketing events.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree, or similar level, in Marketing, Business, or related experience.
  • Experience working in a technology company in a similar position.
  • Experience organizing multiple events simultaneously within different regions.
  • An understanding of working in a start-up environment would be beneficial.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • English is a requirement but does not need to be the first language. Other European languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Practice working remotely is a benefit.
  • Knowledge of working closely with a dispersed sales team.
