The Role

As a Solution Architect at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Customer Success technical team, collaborating with product, sales, and engineering to deliver the latest security and identity products.

You will be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers including Post-sale activities and Pre-sale demos and POCs.

You will be integral in shaping future product development by listening to customer challenges and evolving market needs

  • Design technical solutions to meet customer’s business, technical, and/or business goals.
  • Lead the technical aspect of a production deployment in our customer’s environment including deployment design, technical assistance during the deployment, and resolving configuration issues.
  • Provide technical support for our customers after the deployment was completed
  • Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers
  • Provide input and feedback to engineering teams and development
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products to develop and present unique solutions, and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas
Role requirements
  • At least 5 years of knowledge and hands on experience in Active Directory from a system integration vendor or enterprise IT organization.
  • Experienced in administered, architected, or supported enterprise Active Directory environment.
  • Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Azure AD and Office 365 will be a significant advantage. es
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. CS, Economics, or Engineering is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English- A MUST.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
