What we are looking for: 

We are looking for a Contract Manager, Contract Management and Compliance to join our team.  

What you will be doing:  

Semperis is looking for talented and passionate Contracts professional to join our contracts team, which is part of the Semperis Legal team. Semperis Legal prides itself on providing legal services to our clients that are timely, innovative and customer focused. The Contracts Manager will drive the contract negotiation process within a fast-paced environment.  

You will work collaboratively with our attorneys, Sales, Business Development, Finance, and other business units to ensure best-in-class, seamless support to our customers and channel partners. This position can be based in the US or Israel; working remotely is possible. 

  • Draft, review and drive the negotiation of a broad range of customer and channel agreements. 
  • Responsible for the preparation of contracts in a timely manner, confirmation of all contract terms including description of customized services, various guarantees and pricing to ensure adherence to company policies. 
  • Perform risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate risk, working with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Serve as a "trusted advisor" to internal business clients by effectively managing cross-functional communications and internal teams to drive negotiations to closure and address queries or escalations. 
  • Support global initiatives to improve and refine contracting processes and templates and implement the standardization of contracts and integration of new business, when applicable. 
  • Responsible for pro-active contract tracking and communication of all contract status. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract obligations and responsibilities. 

 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or legal operations roles is required. 
  • Proven experience analyzing and delivering projects, identifying deficiencies, and driving solutions and mitigations. 
  • Proven Understanding of privacy laws and data security. 
  • Superb communication skills- ability to communicate complex subjects to different audiences, making them engaged and driving delivery.

  • Knowledge of government contracting processes
