What we are looking for:  

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team.  
What you will be doing:

  • You will manage a portfolio of marketing activities to support the various regions in North America sales teams in driving high touch experiences 
  • Your goals will be to build awareness and create environments and opportunities to connect partners, prospects and Semperis experts to engage on all things about Hybrid Identity Protections
  • Working in a cross-organizational, collaborative approach, you will design, plan, and execute activities 
  •  Key deliverables will include continual evaluation of activities and their impact on awareness, pipeline, and recommend/implement adjustments to build upon the foundation 
  •  Bring creative ideas to the table and quick-thinking problem-solving skills. 

What you will bring to the table:    

  • Must have previous event and or/field marketing experience  
  • Excellent skills with key applications such as WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, social, events and webinar platforms to name a few 
  • Experience in experiential events is highly desirable 
  • Be able to provide clear examples of what previous work was done, articulate the impact of the program and how they might do it differently if given the opportunity (for example: Oops, that didn’t work out as expected! What did you learn, how did you course correct?) 
  • Superior communication and organization skills 
  • Expertly manage external partners (vendors) as an extension of the team 
  • Deftly manage budgets to maximize exposure in a cost-effective manner 
  • Consistently deliver reporting on program impact and progress• 
  • Innovative thinking and creative approach to problem solving 
  • 4-6 years’ experience in the marketing space
