Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an operations analyst officer who is looking to work in a startup and build processes from the ground up as well as continuously improve existing tools and processes. This is a challenging and interesting position, will perfectly suit an Independent and self-motivated person, how enjoys using his sharpened problem-solving skills and seeks to work in a team environment cross-functionally.


  • Initiate, manage and support internal CS projects and processes such as the customer community, support’s on-call rotation, etc.
  • Support and CS systems administration, external integrations, reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Support the Customer Success team in driving renewals and gross retention processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.


  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Project management skills – a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently with different levels in the organization (VPs, directors, managers, and individual contributors)
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - advantage
