What we are looking for: 

We are looking for a Contract Manager, Procurement/Supply Chain (Purchasing Focus) to join our team.  

What you will be doing:  

Semperis is looking for talented and passionate Contracts professional to join our contracts team, which is part of the Semperis Legal team. Semperis Legal prides itself on providing legal services to our clients that are timely, innovative and customer focused.  

The Contracts Manager will drive the contract negotiation process within a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with our attorneys, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business units to ensure best-in-class, seamless support to our customers and channel partners. This position can be based in the US or Israel; working remotely is possible. 


  • Draft, review and drive the negotiation of a broad range of supplier and vendor agreements. 
  • Responsible for the preparation of contracts in a timely manner, confirmation of all contract terms including description of customized services, various guarantees and pricing to ensure adherence to company policies. 
  • Perform risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate risk, working with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Serve as a "trusted advisor" to internal business clients by effectively managing cross-functional communications and internal teams to drive negotiations to closure and address queries or escalations. 
  • Support global initiatives to develop a best-in-class supplier management program including diversity initiatives, training and compliance requirements. 
  • Responsible for pro-active contract tracking and communication of all contract status for all purchasing activities. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and contract obligations and responsibilities. 



What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the technology sector. 
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional team environment to drive a negotiation to closure interfacing with Legal, Operations, IT Security and Marketing and other teams to ensure that contracts are accurate and comply with the requirements of these various departments. 
  • Understanding of legal concepts and contractual terms. 
  • Experience negotiating On-Prem, Cloud, Software as a Service deals and knowledge of software licensing, professional services, maintenance and support and other services terms. 
  • Possess strong influencing skills and excellent judgement, with the ability to conduct negotiations on a non-confrontational, win-win basis. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven understanding of privacy laws and data security.
