Envision Yourself as a Senior Quality Manager

The Senior Quality Manager oversees the delivery of Sellen's Quality Management Program, while partnering with project teams to ensure effective implementation. The role promotes, coaches, and trains on quality implementation and continuous improvement efforts in the delivery of quality strategies and processes.
 
Other essential responsibilities of this position include preventative analysis and planning, root cause analysis and review, while consistently exhibiting effective, inspirational leadership. Excellent communication skills are required, as this person would be collaborating and partnering with an array of team members, from executives, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and more. 
 
The Senior Quality Manager would need a background developing and maintaining quality programs and teams, not working as an inspector. 
 
The position is located in our main office 50% of the time, and 50% on construction sites.

The full salary range for this position is $140,500 to $180,000. New hires typically start between $140,500 and $165,700 depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 10% of annual base earnings.
