Lead the growth of Sellen's Education market share while achieving strategic operational, performance, and financial objectives for project delivery. Manage the successful project performance of Education construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate closely with clients, owner's representatives, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to Sellen's Project Delivery Plan and quality standards. 
 
The position is located in Seattle, WA (South Lake Union). You will regularly attend jobsites and client meetings around the Puget Sound region and to states where Sellen has operations in western states.
Your Qualifications
 
The qualified Project Executive candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education. 
 
AND 

10+ years of experience in construction management delivering successful projects.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of current and emerging methods in commercial construction.
  • Expertise of contracts and practices used in commercial construction. 
  • Working knowledge of financial reports and financial analysis. 
  • Intimate knowledge of Education market clients. Education project requirements and risk management strategies unique to those project types. 

Skills 

  • Effective relationship building, marketing, sales skills. 
  • Strong negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and planning skills. 
  • Solid budget and cost estimating skills. 
  • Great leadership skills.

The full salary range for this position is $176,000 to $230,000. New hires typically start between $176,000 and $208,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 12.5% of annual base earnings.
