What the role is

Responsible for all accounting functions in the location, including payroll, cash management and consolidating location P&L. Responsible for administrative HR functions like contract creation and signature collection, delivery of payslips or social security slips, tier-1 HR administrative questions. 

What you will be doing

  • Create and analyze the P&L report
  • Track costs and implement cost reduction actions
  • Create and process purchase orders and  invoices
  • File and input data in accounting system
  • Keep updated financial records (physical and electronic)
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Track and report on bank balances
  • Process cash management following guidelines
  • Create, manage and execute location payroll
  • Conduct process and financial audits 
  • Maintain control of budget and expenses 
  • Conduct and manage overall location inventory
  • Process employment contracts
  • Process and support employee terminations
  • Process and support employee performance management process
  • Process and support employee onboarding

What you need for the role

Education 

  • Degree in accounting, Finance or administration

Knowledge

  • Accounting processes and procedures
  • Payroll process
  • Financial analysis
  • Local Tributary Laws
  • Accounting systems
  • Microsoft office
  • English proficiency and local language

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years managing accounting, finance or payroll related positions

Skills & Abilities

  • Communication skills
  • Customer service
