What the role is

Selina is looking for an experienced partnership manager to contribute directly to the growth of the company. In this role you will get the chance to impact the incremental revenue of our direct marketing efforts and create a scalable partnership program.

This is a role for passionate, data-driven and a commercial minded marketer, goal oriented individual and hard worker who gets things done! The manager will be part of the marketing department and will report directly to the VP Marketing and be measured on revenue generated via their channels.

What you will be doing

  • Own, build and maintain a performance based partnership, affiliate and influencer program
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Curate, negotiate and close CPA based deals
  • Account managing a portfolio of existing affiliate partners and influencers to maximize revenue generation
  • Front line contact with existing affiliates – handling queries, commercial negotiations and affiliate support and FAQ responses
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Create quarterly affiliate promotions and incentives to keep existing affiliates actively promoting Selina on their sites
  • Proactively initiate and execute, end-to-end, growth and partner experiential marketing initiatives
  • Make data driven decisions, ROI and achieve target KPIs
  • Communicate key insights, strategies and opportunities to senior management and key department
  • Your KPI will be percentage of the direct revenue

What you need for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in building large scale influencer/contributor programs A-Z
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Project management background with the ability to actively manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and consistently deliver quality results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative person, deep understanding of consumer behavior
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, including some knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience working within a global marketing environment
  • Excellent and evidenced communication skills, written and presentation skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, driven, team player
