Contract Technical Sourcer - Recruiting
As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner closely with our in-house Technical Talent Acquisition Partners to drive top of funnel talent for product and engineering needs.
- Think like an owner in the ideation and creation of innovative sourcing strategies that result in key hires for mission-critical roles.
- Ability to leverage current tools while looking to improve features and utilization.
- Ability to expand the Seismic brand through creative storytelling that leads to improved awareness of culture and product.
A University graduate with three+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience inside mid to large size SaaS organizations and have a specialization in attracting top technical talent. Your work experience has been gained in fast-paced, matrix organizations. You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change. You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You think strategically while you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work on the tactical implementation of the great ideas you or your colleagues come up with.
