As we continue to grow, Seismic is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of our sales team, focusing on building out functional rapid prototypes, customized demos, and proofs-of-concept. Additionally, you will help scale our ability to deliver specific customer requests by building out a library of demos that are built on our public facing APIs. You will use your technical depth to understand a complex, multi-tenant, cloud native, SaaS architecture. You will tackle challenging data puzzles around SQL queries and data transformation, as well as some front end needs.
In this client facing role, you will be an integral part of demonstrating the technical capabilities of the Seismic platform for specific use cases. You will engage in deep engineering discussions with a client’s technical SMEs to ensure a solid understanding of architectural and security capabilities. The ability to work under tight deadlines is paramount – this is a fast paced environment working within the sales organization.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferable with some in enterprise software
- Experience consuming and exposing APIs and web services
- Strong database skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with the ability to sell
- Prefer 3+ years in client-facing role.
