Product Marketing Director - Customer Adoption

Seismic is seeking a Director of Adoption Marketing.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime to shape and build the approach of our customer adoption program. As a leader, you will build out the strategy and collaborate with executive leadership to maintain our near perfect gross retention rates while working to increase adoption of our new and existing products for our new customers and existing customers. Supported by the adoption marketing team, you will work together to execute upon the strategy and report successes out to leadership.

Adoption Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Maximize our customers’ return on their investment by enabling them to utilize all the benefits of being a Seismic customer
  • Take a holistic view of the customer journey to drive communication, nurture, and growth initiatives
  • Define strategy and align executive teams on the approach to increase adoption of key products across new and existing customers
  • Build out nurture and customer communication strategy
  • Define and own the customer lifecycle (sale to renewal)
  • Build out customer adoption segmentation and measurements
  • Build out and report on key goals and performance
  • Work cross functionally across the GTM teams to deliver on key campaigns and customer-oriented activities
Adoption Marketing Director Requirements:
  • 10+ years working in a customer marketing or demand generation leadership role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in hiring and developing talent
  • Strong technical and execution knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and customer satisfaction/survey programs (pendo, walkme, intercom, etc)
  • Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Creative self-starter with a can-do attitude. Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated
