As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with our product and engineering organizations to identify and attract top talent. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great drives your ability to hire top talent. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.

You Are
A University graduate with seven+ years of corporate recruiting experience inside mid to large size SaaS organizations and have a specialization in attracting top technical talent. Your work experience has been gained in fast-paced, matrix organizations. You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change. You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You think strategically while you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work on the tactical implementation of the great ideas you or your colleagues come up with.
