As our People Ops Director, Talent Management, you will:

  • Develop and lead innovative, creative, high-impact talent management strategies that enable outstanding organizational performance
  • Partner with leaders to accomplish strategic priorities, improve processes, identify and coach key talent, all with the broader goal of strategically improving the effectiveness of the organization
  • Design and implement the ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs, creating a meritocracy that rewards high performance
  • Lead and manage talent performance programs (e.g., performance appraisals, development plans, career development, succession planning, etc.)
  • Partners with business leaders on performance management to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
  • Generate formalized high potential development opportunities and explore new ways to engage and grow high potential talent
  • Form collaborative relationships, building on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promotes a learning culture
  • Design and deliver of a suite of learning programs, vendor management, resources and budget allocation
  • Manages and develops new hire programs (e.g. orientation, buddy program and new hire check-ins)
  • Check the beat of the organization on a regular cadence to understand employee engagement and adjust culture strategies to meet the needs of the base
  • Collaborate with business leaders and supervisors to drive a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Execute upon special projects and people initiatives as needed

You have:

  • 5+ years in a HR / People leadership role, preferably in tech companies with 500+ employees
  • 8+ years HR generalist experience
  • Proven ability to support multiple cross-functional teams across the globe
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for People Ops strategy
  • Extensive experience developing and executing a learning development curriculum
  • Strong business acumen, with analytical and project management skills
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and flexibility in a dynamic culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a passionate, high energy, fast paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
