Job Description

Securonix is looking for an experienced, driven leader to build on our leadership position for the Enterprise and MSSP market by enhancing our Response portfolio.  The Director, Product Management Response will help lead Securonix to achieve its strategic goals associated with cloud security market leadership by broadening our Response portfolio with new offerings and partnerships. S/he will lead and mentor the team to define strategies and tactics for growing and evolving our Products & Services that deliver on our promise of responding to advanced threats and attacks across the hybrid cloud. While leading a team of Product Managers, s/he will partner with teams to shape our roadmap and define the critical features and functions of our Security Response platform while working with Development, Operations and Executive leadership to deliver world class services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive a strategic roadmap that advances our position in Response and compliments our Detection leadership including SOAR, Case Management, and Incident Response offerings.
  • Manage product owners/managers to execute against product strategy/roadmap.
  • Drive business strategy and define business objectives in order to prioritize resources for complex initiatives or across a portfolio of products and/or services.
  • Become a trusted thought partner with Development and Operations teams to define product and service offerings that scale and differentiate while meeting broad set of customer requirements.
  • Provide a mature perspective, offering sound judgment and counsel to guide our Security Services through a period of explosive growth.
  • Establish key business and technical goals and metrics to manage the business, present customer value, and manage performance and availability.
  • Ensure proper execution and management of the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Team with internal and external technology partners to advance Securonix’s offerings.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize adoption through enablement and crisp value proposition articulation.
  • Be an expert with regard to voice of customer.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Management and Product Management experience in high growth organizations.
  • Strong experience in Response products and offerings (SOAR, Incident Response / Case Management, etc).
  • The successful candidate must have strong security domain expertise with an emphasis on SOC / analyst response.
  • Ability to author strong, differentiating requirements that drive growth, differentiation, and adoption.
  • Ability to be forward-looking on trends/direction.
  • Ability to manage and lead team to effectively execute on business strategy.
  • Able to determine viability of new products or services; Understands cross-functional requirements; Capable of writing and presenting a new product proposal.
  • Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements.
  • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion.
  • S/he will have 8+ years’ success with leading a product or service definition and launch.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
