Are you detail-oriented and ready to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry?  Security Finance is seeking an enthusiastic Ancillary Product Coordinator to maintain and manage products related to customer accounts.

As an Ancillary Product Coordinator, you will: 

  • Process Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) charges, including verifying, submitting initial contracts, reconciling, and remitting invoices
  • Handle VSC and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GA) cancellations by crediting refunds to customer accounts
  • Analyze repossession charges to determine appropriate account adjustments or expenses for branches
  • Process and track Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), GAP, and third-party claims
  • Negotiate with claim adjusters to maximize recovery amounts
  • Manage bankruptcy communications, including sending letters regarding lapsed and maintaining accurate records
  • Open and distribute mail and forward document packages to CPI insurance carrier
  • Monitor CPI carrier email correspondence and distribute documents to branches
  • Cross train for and provide backup to all other ancillary product duties
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance

 

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting and/or financial ancillary products
  • Basic knowledge of the principles and products typical of automobile lending (preferred)
  • Proven experience learning new software and branch systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A solid background in maintaining effective working relations with customers, agencies, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OnBase is a plus
