Security Finance is hiring a Desktop Support Technician 3! 
 
In this position you will support and maintain the organization’s desktop computing environment. Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and associated equipment    
   
As Desktop Support Technician, you can expect to:     
   
Provides level 3 support for Company-maintained computer systems and services; resolves complex problems requiring system and technical knowledge; delivers services to meet internal customer expectations and needs  
  • Deploys software and hardware in adherence to established procedures and processes; assists in developing improvement initiatives
  • Assists in ensuring appropriate level of security is implemented for Company-maintained computer systems; monitors environment for security issues; advises IS Management of breaches; ensures adherence to Company security standards
  • Documents key information in IS ticketing system
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required
   
You could be a great addition as Desktop Support Technician, if you have:   
   
  • 4-6 years of experience in PC support role
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and with others in stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of computer based systems, tools, and processes
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with the following Microsoft technologies
  • Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment
