As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will:  
    
  • Maintains Corporate Website’s using a content management system
  • Monitors SEO & SEM initiatives including campaigns, creation and optimization
  • Plans and executes company Social Media program on various platforms
  • Supervise/oversee Digital Advertising campaigns; including planning, tracking, scheduling, coordinating resources and reporting on performance across channels: print, search, social media, display, websites, email, texting and mobile app
  • Develops strategies and materials for content marketing
  • Coordinates email marketing and texting campaigns
  • Facilitates Lead Generation programs
  • Monitors reputation management through online reviews, branch listings and customer feedback
  • Collects, analyzes and measures data; reports on outcomes of digital marketing efforts
  • Oversees design, creation and delivery of professional advertisements and marketing materials, that comply with all federal and state rules and regulations
  • Communicates with third party vendors/agencies to ensure results
  • Assist with other marketing functions
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required
 
You could be a great addition as a Digital Marketing Specialist, if you have:    
 
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • High level of creativity and ability to manage projects for digital mediums
  • Generate and analyze reporting on all digital activity using Google Analytics and/other reporting tools
  • Experience working with various marketing vendor agencies
  • Computer literate with experience using design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva, MS Office products, and ability to learn digital marketing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for a diverse audience, along with sound copywriting and proofreading ability required
  • Spanish is a plus but not required
