Security Finance is hiring an Employee Relations Coordinator!
As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you can expect to perform:
As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment by investigating and responding to employee complaints and grievances. You will provide expert guidance on various employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete before final approval of termination submissions. Additionally, you will administer ADA/ADAAA compliance and serve as backup for unemployment claims and employee recognition programs. Your versatility will be essential as you cross-train to support other functions, such as conducting exit surveys and employment verification, and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.

- 2 – 4 years of Employee Relations and ADA/ADAAA experience
- General knowledge of human resources principles and practices and employment law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as investigative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proven experience in MS Office
- Have prompt and regular attendance
