Field Auditor
Description
As Field Auditor you will have the opportunity to perform audits of branch offices to determine adherence to policies and procedures established by management.
The ideal candidate will live in South Carolina and be required to travel throughout the state of South Carolina and parts of Georgia.
At Security Finance a Field Auditor:
- Performs internal audits in assigned territory consisting of between 60-85 branches, through onsite visits and remote audits
- Ensures all assigned audits are completed timely
- Prepares reports of examination results for distribution to operational and audit management
- Keeps current on all Company policies, and state and federal laws; aiding audit management in monitoring compliance with these policies
- Advises operational and audit management of any activity considered to be violation of state or federal law
- Follows-up on questionable branch activities and performs investigations as needed
- Prompt and regular attendance required
You could be a great addition as a Field Auditor, if you have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations in lending field
- Prior experience in daily operations of branch office or financial services industry
- Ability to present clear and concise verbal and written communications at all levels, and Spanish Bilingual a plus
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment and shifts priorities as needed
- Ability to maintain schedule of audits and to complete assigned number of audits
- Ability to use technology to aid in audit and investigations, i.e., Microsoft Office applications, branch systems, reporting system, etc.
- Maintain valid state driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle for daily business use
